Be the Change Service Projects

Creating for Care raises funding to provide resources for our Adopt-A-Family initiative.  The program is designed to support families in crisis due to the diagnosis and fight for their child’s life due to debilitating illness. This support is tailor-made to meet the family’s personal needs including (but not limited to):

Financial support for bills and/or travel needs

Food, clothing, school supplies for child and siblings

Counseling resources

Family outings

The purpose is to meet the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of the whole family during a time of crisis in order to foster hope.

Adopt a Family

Creating for Care has established a Care Registry as a means of community and connection.  This serves as a place for resources that link people together who exist in a forced isolation in order to protect the vulnerable child.  It is designed as a place of comfort where resources, opportunities, and support is accessible from right where you are!  If you want to be a participant in Care Registry please submit the following application. Once your application is received and verified, you will be invited to a private social media community, where your connections begin!

If you are interested in being a Care Registry Volunteer you will need to submit the following application.  Once your application is received, you will be contacted for further details about how to be involved in this capacity.

Do you want your child to be a part of something bigger than themselves while learning the foundations of theater?  The Creating for Care Summer Theater Camp is for YOU!  With the help of Kingwood High School theater students, this camp will be jam-packed with fun, learning, and opportunity!  It will be a great way to “try out” CFC, before making a year-long commitment, as well as explore the world of theater.  It is also a great way for your child(ren) to develop a taste for serving!  It is truly a win-win for summer experiences.

Spots are limited, so attendees will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The application form will be uploaded, once COVID-19 restrictions for summer are in place, so watch the website for dates for the camp and when application opportunities will be posted.
